This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid subscriptions and services offered by Rinza AI. By purchasing a paid plan you agree to the terms below in addition to our Terms and Conditions.
1. Free Tier & Referral Premium
Most core features are available on a free tier or by unlocking premium through our referral programme (3 successful referrals). No payment is required for these and consequently no refund is applicable.
2. Paid Subscriptions — 7-Day Refund Window
For paid premium subscriptions, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase, provided you have not:
- Filed an ITR or generated a final ITR JSON/XML through the Service, or
- Used more than 25% of any usage-metered feature included in your plan.
3. Renewals
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Renewal charges are non-refundable once the new billing cycle begins. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle and you keep premium access until then.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- One-time AI credit packs that have been partially or fully consumed.
- Third-party fees (e.g., payment-gateway charges, partner product fees).
- Charges arising from incorrect data entered by you that led to a wrong tax output.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email support@rinzaai.com from your registered email with your order ID and reason. We respond within 3 business days and approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
6. Service Failures
If the Service is materially unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, we may provide pro-rata credits or refunds at our discretion.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us first before raising a chargeback with your card issuer — most issues are resolved faster directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
